Out of an abundance of care and concern for all of our Guilty Girls Collection customers, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending our product returns and exchanges on clothing & accessories until further notice.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
